Would you like to join our teams? Our recruitment process is straightforward, fast and transparent:
Step #1
You send your CV, either as a spontaneous job application or in response to an announcement.
Step #2
You are interviewed by a Human Resources representative. This interview takes place face-to-face or via videoconference, if more appropriate. The purpose of this interview is to check that the applicant's profile and expectations are in line with the professional and social environment offered by SOCOTEC.
Step #3
If the HR interview is a success for both parties, it is followed by a meeting with the Manager to whom the position to be filled is attached.
Sometimes, this is then followed by an interview with the Senior Manager to whom the vacant position is attached.
We ensure that this entire interview cycle takes no more than two to four weeks. And that is all there is to it!
