EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities: what are the impacts for real estate actors?
In 2022, the European taxonomy will come partially into effect within the European Union.
Planned as part of the European Green Deal, the taxonomy is a real tool towards environmental exemplarity, particularly for the real estate world. It aims to direct sustainable investments in line with the climate neutrality by 2050 target.
Who is concerned? What activities are eligible?
What are the criteria to be demonstrated for real estate professionals in Europe? What is the link with other regulations (member countries, EPBD)?
What is the timeframe for these obligations?
On April 1st, SOCOTEC invited you to a dedicated webinar which aims to answer these questions, based on our expertise in technical and sustainable due diligence, our energy-carbon, circular economy and biodiversity areas of intervention and, more generally, our sustainable real estate consulting business.
Agenda:
- EU environmental strategy & Green deal
