The CrackLog is a sensor designed to accurately measure crack opening for infrastructure monitoring. The CrackLog is a completely self-contained solution, which can be installed in harsh environments.

logo-trust-techA robust sensor for monitoring

Its very low power consumption is particularly suitable for long-term monitoring.

It can send wirelessly all its data thanks to LoRaWAN technology over very long distances and can be configured remotely to modify its acquisition frequency. Based on potentiometric technology, the CrackLOG is a robust sensor. It can be used alone or in combination with several other CrackLOG to follow the global evolution of a crack.

A temperature measurement is also made in order to correct the thermal effects on the
crack. This also allows to distinguish the so-called active cracks (irreversible evolutions)
from the passive cracks (impacted only by the temperature).

It exists in a wired RS485 version or a wireless LoRa version. The wired version
allows to create a chain. The wireless version allows to measure over several years
in places difficult to access or when the sensors are far from each other.

Data display via the Datatys platform offers simplified monitoring,
efficient and continuous.
